In 2017 Lead With The Lights On worked with Conscious Company Media on a webinar sharing our methodology. At the end of the webinar we shared each team member’s temperament and the overall team dynamic as it relates to the type and stage of CCM. We also we presented specific tips for each person to improve the overall dynamic. These were communication strategies, and leadership tips for some members within the team. We are very grateful to the Conscious Company Media team to be open sharing the results and the feedback from the team at the end was wonderful.
